We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire for our wedding. Please, no blue jeans, shorts, T-shirts, or colors traditionally reserved for the bride. The ceremony is on grass, so a chunky heel, wedge, sandals, or flats will be best for women. Arizona seems to be warming up earlier this year, so summer dresses are welcome! We understand that it is necessary to keep the kiddos comfortable. We welcome kids to wear shorts if the weather permits.
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please arrive at the venue at least 15-30 minutes early to allow ample time to find a seat.
Arizona weather in April can be a bit unpredictable—it could be in the 80s or we could be pushing 100. (HOPEFULLY NOT!) We recommend checking the forecast the week before so you can plan accordingly. The ceremony will be outdoors, while the cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors.
Select drinks are on us until the tab’s toasted through! The cash bar will be open all night for specialty drinks and anything extra. Please consider bringing cash to tip the bartender.
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.
Your invitation will specifically state if your children are invited. We love your kiddos; however, we hope this is a much-deserved night off for parents!
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired an amazing photographer and content creator to capture our special day! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue!
We don’t have a room block, but we’ve listed our hotel recommendations under the "Accommodations" tab. Feel free to check there for options close to the venue. If you don't mind driving and want to stay at a higher-end hotel, you can look into The Wigwam or The Renaissance in Glendale. Reach out to Jeff or Mel if you would like any other recommendations.
Please RSVP by 02/28/2026. If we do not receive an RSVP by this date, unfortunately, we will automatically mark you down as not attending. We must respect our vendors' deadlines for the final count.
If you have any other questions, please reach out to Mel or Jeff!
