What time should we arrive?

Please meet us in the park's amphitheater by 1PM. Our ceremony will start shortly thereafter.

What's to eat?

Answer

You're our nearest + dearest so you know how seriously we consider our meals. Immediately after our afternoon Ceremony, we are looking forward to enjoying a full luncheon of North Carolina-style BBQ and all the fixins with you in the park. At the After-Party downtown, there will be heavy hors d'oeuvres but not a full meal. If you’re interested in grabbing dinner in between our events, please see our suggestions in the “Things To Do” section of this site. We want to take good care of you - please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP!

What should we wear?

Garden Party attire is suggested for our Wedding in the park and Cocktail attire recommended for the After-Party downtown. What's Garden Party attire? Mainly a cue for you that this is an outdoor venue in the southern heat. Garden Party attire is essentially outdoor, sunny Cocktail attire. An outfit change is not required between these events, unless you fancy!

Where should we park?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to travel responsibly- our events are a quick ride-share away. If you are driving, there are two parking lots and plenty of free street parking at Fred Fletcher Park. Downtown for the after-party at The Cannon Room, we recommend parking in Moore Square. There are also spots on the street near the Cannon Room that do not have time restrictions on weekends.
