What is the dress code?

Answer

We request formal attire for the outdoor ceremony. As it will be fall, we suggest bringing a light jacket or coverup for comfort. Please note there will be gravel so consider choosing footwear accordingly; stilettos may not be the best option.

How we will get to the venue?

Answer

We have thoughtfully arranged shuttle transportation to ensure a seamless experience for our guests traveling between the Monarch and our wedding venue. Two shuttle buses, with a 24 and 27-passenger capacity, will provide convenient round-trip transportation. The journey between locations takes approximately 35 minutes. Shuttle Pick-up Times at the Monarch: • 2:30 pm (24-passenger bus, may depart early if full) • 3:05 pm (27-passenger bus) • 4:30 pm (24-passenger bus, arrives after Ceremony) Shuttle Return Times from Wedding Venue: • 8:15 pm (24-passenger bus) • 8:45 pm (27-passenger bus) • 9:45 pm (24-passenger bus) • 11:00 pm (24-passenger bus) • 11:10 pm (27-passenger bus) Parking is available at the venue, with the requirement that any vehicles left overnight must be retrieved by 10 AM Saturday morning.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, but spots are very limited. Please reach out to close family relatives of the Bride and Groom if you plan to park at the venue so we can be sure there is enough spots for those parking.

What time should I arrive?

Wedding ceremony will start at 4:00pm. Please be sure to arrive at the venue no later than 3:45pm.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a hotel room block at the Monarch Casino Resort located in Blackhawk, Colorado. Please reference the travel tab for the link to said block. If the link does not work, you can also call Monarch directly and mention the Arb-Hill wedding for a discounted room rate.
