As guests begin to arrive, the gates of Trois will open to a weekend of wonder. A number of you will be staying on the property itself; others will find cozy hideaways in nearby Fredericksburg, where charming Airbnbs and inns abound. That evening, as the sun begins to dip, the saloon will open at 7 PM for drinks and merriment. Later, wander up to the skydeck for stargazing, where the Hill Country night skies stretch endlessly above you. Dinner will be casual (think burgers, fries, and nostalgia—P. Terry’s, if all goes to plan). Or, if you’re feeling adventurous, head into town for schnitzel and steins at one of the many Bavarian-style pubs. Vineyards sprawl in every direction, so there’s no shortage of wine—or whimsy.

The Wedding Day

9:00 am - 11:45 pm

Awaken to the soft hush of desert air and stone pathways. For those eager to explore, a morning hike to Enchanted Rock awaits—a natural marvel just steps from the estate. Breakfast will be served from 9 to 11 AM, followed by gentle yoga and sound baths for the inwardly inclined. As the day unfolds, you’ll have time to rest, ready yourself, or simply drift through the estate’s hidden nooks and crannies. At 5 PM in the Courtyard, we’ll gather beneath the open sky for our ceremony. From there, the night will take flight: • A cocktail hour to toast and twirl • Dinner prepared by Rebecca, the estate’s caretaker and culinary heart (menu to come) • And then… anything might happen. We’re conjuring an evening filled with live music and unexpected delights. A tattoo artist may appear. A tintype photographer, or perhaps a tarot reader, may be tucked into a shadowy corner. A donkey in a flower crown? Maybe. We’re letting magic—and our budget—lead the way.

The Last Light

12:00 am - 11:45 pm

Wake slowly. Linger long. Enjoy breakfast, float lazily in the grotto pool, or sneak away for a final vineyard visit. That evening, we’ll gather once more for a farewell dinner, to close the weekend with full hearts and full glasses.
