We first met through mutual friends from Walter Reed while both living in DC. We hit it off right away and dated until Jeff found out he was moving. We stayed good friends and kept in touch while Jeff was in Florida and Greece and Liz finished NP school. Then a couple years later Liz went to visit some good friends in Norfolk (also friends with Jeff) and we met up and started talking again, just as smitten as we were back in 2014. Jeff drove up to DC a couple weekends after and asked Liz to date. A year later we got engaged and we can’t wait for all to come! To sum it up, we have had several encounters over the years that have felt serendipitous. We are thankful for years of friendship and keeping in touch, perfect timing, and good friends. : )
