We’ve planned a self-serve, double-sided buffet to please every palate—whether you’re vegetarian or simply selective.
Menu Highlights:
Appetizers: Bacon-wrapped wild scallops (GF), Caprese skewers, brie & apple phyllo kisses, mini shrimp tostadas, BBQ meatballs, and a variety of cheeses with crackers.
Entrees: Panko Parmesan Crusted Chicken, five-cheese tortellini pesto parmesan (vegetarian), Carving Station of Roast Beef Au Jus with Creamed Horseradish (GF), Three-cheese scalloped potatoes, plus eight assorted leafy green, pasta, and seasonal vegetable salads.
Desserts: Cupcakes—lemon cake with blueberry filling, vanilla cake with raspberry filling, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, and chocolate cake with buttercream.
