FAQs

Question

May I RSVP online?

Answer

You may! In fact, we prefer it!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black tie.

Question

What is "black tie"?

Answer

Great question! Black tie means formal dress. For the ladies: A long dress, dressy separates, or a formal cocktail dress. For the men: A tuxedo or a formal suit. In short, be dapper and you'll be fine.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do but we want our wedding to be your night off! Leave the kiddos at home and prepare to have a carefree night of love and fun!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The Terrace at Cedar Hill offers a full parking lot and optional valet parking.

Question

Are you still concerned about COVID-19?

Answer

Absolutely. The health and safety of our loved ones and guests remain our top priority. The Bride and Groom are vaccinated, as are many of their family and friends. We are excited to celebrate safely, but will continue to monitor and adhere to the CDC guidelines, North Carolina Executive Orders, and Mecklenburg County regulations.
