Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

This is an additional option for Jeff’s family. We know not everyone will want to travel up north but we still want to celebrate with you. We will have a Polish lunch starting at 2:30. We will have a variety of games and activities. If you are planning on joining us up north, we still welcome you attending this event as well. Park Entrance: Please tell the gate attendant that you are there for Jeff and Kari and they will let you through without having to pay the entrance fee.

Wedding

4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

It is a semi-casual affair. Nice pants, dresses, button down shirts. There will be grass, gravel, wood and concrete flooring. We suggest comfortable footwear.

We will have a shuttle from Downtown Traverse City hotels to the venue. Stay tuned for specific pickup times. If you choose to drive, there is plenty of parking onsite. Please note where you are staying so that we can schedule shuttle pickups. We’ve planned a wedding that is more relaxed and intimate, with a focus on spending quality time with our loved ones. After a brief ceremony, we invite you to enjoy cocktails, yard and table games, creative activities, and food stations. There will be no traditional dance floor—just an opportunity to unwind, connect, and celebrate in a fun, laid-back atmosphere. Schedule 3pm: Shuttle leaves from downtown 4pm: Ceremony Post Ceremony - 5pm: "Cocktail Hour" 5pm - 7pm: Strolling dinner - feel free to grab when you are hungry and explore the different options Dessert will be put near the last half of dinner 9pm - Shuttle back to Traverse 10pm - After party, meet at Hotel Indigo
