If you are looking for something to do with your littlest guests, we highly recommend the Hands-on Museum. The building construction section is Izzy's personal favorite.
Looking for a great nature walk? The Arboretum is the place for you! Jeff and I particularly like to have picnics with Mars & Ziggy in one of the meadows.
HOMES is one of our two go-to local breweries. All the beers are great, and Izzy is particularly into their sour goses. The food is AMAZING - you have to try the bulgogi fries.
Wolverine is our other go-to local brewery. They specialize in lagers, and have delicious bar food. We like their beer so much, you'll see one of them at the wedding!
We seriously considered getting married here! Ultimately Isabelle's concern about the ever changing nature of the Aspe collection (and their alcohol restrictions) convinced us otherwise. On our most recent visit, the newest collection featured a scrolling message board proclaiming the death of love and meaninglessness of family, which, in retrospect, would have been hilarious.
Rent a canoe or kayak to enjoy a delightful paddle around the Huron River! If you are feeling especially adventurous you can rent a tube or kayak from the Argo livery and make you way down to Gallup Park - Just be sure to leave plenty of time!
Looking for a cutie-town place to get the full Ann Arbor townie experience? Head over to the adorable shops at Kerrytown Markets. You could even stop by on Saturday morning to enjoy the farmers' market - snag some Roos Roast coffee & a White Lotus Farms croissant and you are in Izzy's happy place.
