What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 3:45pm. We ask all guests to arrive no later than 3:30pm so they have time to park and find their seats.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held at Barn Kestrel, 20050 SW Johnson Rd West Linn, OR 97068. Both the ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner will take place outside, while dancing will take place inside the barn.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is “Garden Formal Attire” - think of this as a fun, summery view on cocktail attire. Think floral prints, pastel colors, lighter fabrics, or other patterns if you wish. Ladies can wear a knee-length, midi or floor length dress, or even a fun jumpsuit. Color-wise, think soft, pastel shades or fun floral prints. Please be cautious of shoe choices as a majority of our wedding will take place outdoors on grass. Chunky heels and wedges are recommended. For the men, we ask that you embrace lighter hues—think tan, light gray, soft blues, or even pastels if you’re feeling adventurous. Ties are optional, but if you choose to wear one - consider something fun and colorful! A blazer and chinos is also appropriate. Please refrain from wearing jeans or sneakers!

How do we get there?

Answer

There is a large grassy lot for parking at the entrance to our venue, so guests are welcome to drive. However, we encourage guests to consider alternative methods if they’ll be enjoying a few drinks - we want to make sure everyone gets home safe! Uber and Lyft are able to drop off and pick up from our venue!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all phones be silenced and put away during our ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographers to be able to capture the best pictures. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be having an assortment of beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages available. There will also be two signature cocktails. The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate!
