Jeff and I met way back in 1996 when I went to pick up a friend and Jeff answered the door. He ended up taking me to my senior prom and our first official date was on June 8th, when Jeff gave up his ticket to a Tim McGraw/Faith Hill concert just to go out with me. We dated for 4 wonderful years during college but life ended up taking us in different directions. But after 23 years apart we found each other once again and very quickly knew that we were meant to be together forever. That we had found our person. That we had really always been each other’s person. We are so grateful for this second chance and don’t take for granted how lucky we are to share this deep love for each other. If ever two souls were meant to find each other, it would be ours. There is no greater gift in life than knowing you found your soulmate.
