When should I RSVP by?

The RSVP deadline is January 7th, 2025, as this is the final day you can book your room in the wedding block. For regrets, please let us know as soon as possible to help with our planning process.

When should I arrive?

We are hosting a welcome cocktail hour at 7pm on Friday, June 27th at the Kalamata Gardens. This event is open to all guests and we would love to see you there! There is a minimum stay of 3 nights within our wedding block, but feel free to stay as long as you like!

How will I get to and from the airport?
Answer
Your airport transfer details will be handled by Maggie Elles, our destination wedding planner. This is included in your total balance when you book your stay through our wedding website link.
