Due to the intimate size of our celebration, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Yes. There is on-street parking available near Freeman Gardens, and complimentary valet parking at The Roosevelt.

Please plan to arrive at Freeman Gardens by 3:45pm so we can begin the ceremony on time.

How long does it take to get from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

The drive from Freeman Gardens (ceremony) to The Roosevelt (reception) is approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be held outdoors at Freeman Gardens. Please dress accordingly and check the weather closer to the date.

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

After the ceremony, we’ll spend time together at Freeman Gardens enjoying light refreshments and taking group photos in the rose garden. Guests should plan to depart for the reception around 5:20–5:30 PM.

What if I arrive early to the reception?

Answer

That’s perfectly fine! The Roosevelt offers a lobby area where guests are welcome to wait prior to the reception. The reception space will open at 6:00 PM, and drinks will be available as guests arrive and get settled in.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception will conclude around 10:00 PM, with the option to continue the celebration casually at The Roosevelt bar for anyone who would like to join.
