That’s totally up to you! A few of us are flying in on the 22nd. Others will fly in on the 23rd or 24th. Some are leaving a few days after the ceremony. Some are staying 7-10 days. The only planned event currently is the ceremony that will be on the sunset boat cruise departing at 4:30PM on the 26th from Ma’alaea Harbor. Arrive and check in 15-30 minutes early.
We’ve rented a private yacht for the occasion. Casual, boat/island attire encouraged. Open bar and appetizers, music, Maui sunset and probably whale sightings! If you drive a car to the harbor, there is a fee for parking but I’m told it’s not much. More info can be found on the company’s website: https://aliinuimaui.com
Again, that’s totally up to you and how you want to spend your vacation. We are staying in the Kihei area for most of our trip if you want to be near us.
Short answer is, probably. If you’re flying in for the wedding and flying out the next day and don’t feel up to exploring Maui, you could get by using Uber. Also consider splitting cars with other guests.
If you make the trip to Maui and come to our wedding, that’s your gift to us. If you feel strongly about sending something, feel free to contribute to Jeff and Courtney’s honeymoon fund: Venmo is @jmorrison0722 or review the Registry page in the menu.
So much! We’ll probably spend significant time at the beaches, but you can do other things during your time like whale watching tours, snorkeling tours, surfing lessons, shopping, pineapple farm tours, and so much more. Do some research and plan out your time your way. You definitely don’t have to hang out with us every day but we’d love to hang with everyone when possible!
