The ceremony will start right at 4:30pm, but guests should arrive at 4:00pm.
We are having an unplugged ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away during the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share ceremony photos as soon as we get them.
The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on the venue's lawn (weather permitting). The reception will take place indoors. We recommend wearing grass friendly shoes.
Yes, there is parking in the upper lot.
There will be a shuttle bus picking up guest at the Wyndham Newport Hotel (Middletown, RI) at 3:30pm. The shuttle will wait no longer than 5 minutes so please make sure to arrive on time. There will also be shuttle pick up from the venue at 10:00pm.
Yes, there will be an open bar for the entirety of the wedding from 5:00pm-9:30pm.
The reception will end at 10:00pm. The shuttle will then be making a stop downtown Newport for anybody that wants to continue the party with us out at the bar.
