The easiest way to get to SPAF would be to share a ride, or rent a car. There is ample parking at both the hotel and venue. Saugerties is directly off I-87, exit 20. Other options include; Trailways Bus (best option if you are staying at the hotel in Kingston): Take the bus from Port Authority to Kingston, NY Trailways Terminal If you are staying at the Best Western in Kingston, it's only an 8 minute walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop. If you are going straight to the venue, its about a 20 minute drive via cab. Amtrak: you can take the Amtrak train from Moynihan train hall at Penn station (and get an absolute creamer of a pint of Guinness at the Long Hall while you're there!) and get off at Rhinecliff train station Station (about 1.5 hours train trip). From there it is about a 25 minute cab to Saugerties.
Possibly! Uber/Lyft is not as common upstate - and can often be long waits / unreliable so please plan accordingly/look at waits ahead of time. Later at night is a harder time to catch a cab. We are looking into local cabs and will add details later.
Yes, we would be honored for your little ones to join us! We just ask that you please be mindful during the ceremony of any noise and that if your child cries or becomes fussy, that you please remove yourself with your child to calm them down out of earshot.
