The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. We recommend arring 20-30 minutes early to find your seat, take in the scenery, and settle in before the "I do's". We will have refreshments at the guest sign-in table.
Yes, please! Formal attire please, but not tuxedos. Sunday best! Family please wear solid colors from the following palette: Salmon/Peach, Peony Pink/Blush, Pale Green or Maroon.
We've got you covered! A delicious BBQ dinner with entree choices of beef or chicken (some vegetarian options), Mac n’ cheese, and other sides will be served. And yes, there will be an open bar all night long.

Yes! Free parking is available on-site. Carpooling is encouraged but there should be plenty within 50 yards or closer to the seats. Let us know if anyone needs help. The venue is ADA compliant.

The Oregon State High School Track and Field Championships will be held the same weekend as our wedding (5/29/26-5/31/26). Please check the Travel Page for accomodation suggestions. There are also many Airbnb's near our venue (NE corner of Eugene.) Please make your lodging arrangements as soon as possible. Hotels fill up fast!
