There is a large free parking lot south of the Inn/ Saloon if you plan to drive. There will be a shuttle departing from the Springhill Suites in Avon at 3:15 and returning around either 10pm or 11pm
Our ceremony will be outside in the garden. Dinner, drinks and dancing will be inside and under a heated patio
We are throwing a laid-back celebration! Think casual suits and flowy dresses, even hats and cowboy boots if you have them. We want everyone to feel comfortable, so wear what makes you happy.
Directions: Take exit 190 towards the Vail Pass Summit and Rest Area. From there, follow signs for Shrine Pass Road / Redcliff – this portion starts out as paved but quickly turns to red dirt, so if you’re still on a paved road after 50 yards, you’ve gone the wrong way. From the start of the dirt road, it’s about 2.3 miles to the trailhead, which is an obvious parking area on the left that has a vault toilet. Park in this lot, or if it’s full you can park along the road.
Fall in the mountains tends to be warm during the day with chilly nights. As soon as the sun drops behind the mountains, the temperature drops quickly. We plan to be under heaters and inside after dark but consider bringing a jacket.
Friday- plenty of room and a playground near by! Saturday- You know we love your kiddos but due to space constraints, we're unable to accommodate children outside the wedding party. We hope you'll still be able to make it and celebrate with us.

Avon, Minturn and Vail while in the mountains have multiple grocery stores, even a Walmart.
