A large part of why we love Tetherow is because we (or . . . Jeff) loves golf, and this is truly a unique course that boasts a distinctive layout by David McLay Kidd – the architect of Bandon Dunes and Castle Course in Scotland. He has said that when he designed Tetherow, he was going through a difficult personal time - and so he wanted to build a course that would force others to experience difficult times too :)
The 7,298-yard links-style course features imaginative routing and a diverse mix of holes surrounded by panoramic views of Oregon’s high desert and Central Cascade Mountains.

Tetherow is known for its GolfBoards - a new, solo way to get around a course. GolfBoards improve speed of play, reduce turf wear & let golfers surf in ways previously reserved for Bend snowboarders.
Round Details: Golf cart included in price. Reserve golfboards ahead of time at addtl cost. Check-in for tee time 20 minutes in advance or earlier to take advantage of the terrific practice facility.
All golf rounds must be completed within 4.5 hours. This allows each tee time an average of 15 minutes per hole including stopping between 9-10 at the Snack Shack. Thank you in advance.
The Turn Snack Shack: Between holes 9 & 10. Offers snacks & drinks in lieu of a course beverage cart. Please note: outside food & bev are not to be consumed on property.
Men: Collared shirts, slacks, golf or walking shorts with a minimum 16” outside seam.
Women: Shirts with either sleeves or collars or both, with skirts, slacks, or mid-length golf shorts.
