Answer

Think of it as: one step up from cocktail, one step down from black tie. Dressy, polished, and celebration-ready. Suits or jackets (ties optional but encouraged), and fabulous dresses, jumpsuits. We're going for elevated, not stuffy—so feel free to have fun with textures, colors, and accessories. The ceremony will be on grass, so consider footwear that won’t sink while you sip champagne.

Will Ceremony and Reception take place in the same venue?

Answer

Yes! All wedding events—including the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing—will take place at Salamander Resort in Middleburg, VA.

WHAT TIME DOES THE WEDDING START?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm and will last approximately half an hour. It will be followed by a cocktail hour, from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, during which guests may explore the beautiful Culinary Garden. Guests will then be seated for dinner, followed by dancing!
