We crossed-paths frequently as we walked our dogs at a park in Downtown Miami, near our apartments. Jeevan strategically began scheduling Jibbs' walks around me and Nigel. One evening, Jeevan wrapped up one of our chats by asking me to "hang out" . And the story began...

We were heading to the airport for a surprise bday trip to an unknown destination. Four hours later, we were taking in Downtown Nashville! Before heading to dinner, Jeevan made a detour to a hilltop park called Love Circle that had breathtaking views. Sidenote: While climbing to the top, an awkward-looking guy set off my spidey-senses. I brushed him off and got lost in taking photos. Eventually, I turned to see Jeevan on his knees, holding a ring, asking me "will you marry me?" Duh, I said yes. Surprise, the awkward guy= the photographer hired to capture the proposal :-)
