The ceremony will be at a church Saint Cloud, Fl and the reception will be in Mims, Fl. The reception location is an hour drive from the church so please plan accordingly. La ceremonia será en Saint Cloud, Fl y la fiesta será in Mims, Fl. El sitio donde se va a realizar la fiesta está a una hora de la Iglesia entonces por favor prepararse para el desplazamiento.

Unfortunately, due to limited space at the venue no kids will be able to attend :(

Is the reception directly after the ceremony?

Answer

No. There is a 3 hour gap in between the ceremony and the reception. Unfortunately the venue will not be ready for people to arrive directly after the ceremony even with the hour drive so we suggest to hang out in Orlando for an hour and then drive to the reception. The times are on the invitation.

Wedding weekend

Answer

For the weekend of the wedding we will be staying at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace- Disney Springs Area, checking in after the reception on 4/29/22 and checking out 5/1/22. We would love for our family and friends to stay there with us so we can enjoy the wedding weekend together! If you would like to stay at the hotel please use the link in the travel section to make your reservations. Rooms: The total for a room with one king bed is $447.75 The total for a room with two queen beds is $447.75 If planing on parking a car at the hotel it is $22 daily Hotel details are in the Travel section of the website.

Charter Bus

Answer

Since the venue is an hour away from the ceremony and then a hour back to the hotel we didn’t want people worrying about drinking and driving. So we are going to get a shuttle bus for those interested. The bus is going to be picking us up from Vanessa and Jp’s house directly after the ceremony to takes us to the venue, then pick us up from the venue to take us to the hotel in Disney Springs. Then pick us up from the hotel on Sunday after check out to drop us off back at Vanessa and Jp’s house. If you are not staying at the hotel for the weekend you are still welcome to ride to and from the venue just know you will have to arrange your own transportation after they drop you off at the hotel.

Charter bus continued

Answer

Depending on how many people want to ride the shuttle bus will determine the price per person but it will range $20- $40 per person. The charter bus fits 38 more people so this will be first come first serve. If interested please text Jp or Vanessa before Dec 1 2021 as we would need to give the payment on Dec 1. After this date we will not be able to add anyone else.

Desafortunadamente, debido a que el lugar de la fiesta tiene capacidad limitada los niños no van a poder ir :(

La fiesta va a ser después de la ceremonia?

Answer

No. Probablemente vamos a tener 1-2 horas entre el fin de la ceremonia y el comienzo de la fiesta. Desafortunadamente el lugar de la fiesta no estará listo para los invitados inmediatamente después de la ceremonia, aún con la manejada de una hora. Nuestra recomendación es pasear en Orlando por una hora y después manejar al lugar de la fiesta. El horario estará en la invitación cuando todo esté listo.

Fin de semana de la boda

Para el fin de semana de la boda nos vamos a quedar en el Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace- Disney Springs Area, entrando después de la boda el 4/29/22 y saliendo el 5/1/22 . Nos encantaría que nuestra familia y amistades se quedaran en el hotel con nosotros para que podamos disfrutar el fin de semana de la boda juntos! Si te gustaría quedarte en en hotel por favor hagan su reservación con el link que está en la sección de Travel. Bus Alquilado

Answer

Como la ubicación de la fiesta está a una hora de la Iglesia y a una hora del hotel, no queríamos que la gente se preocupara por manejar, especialmente cuando estén tomando. Entonces vamos a alquilar un bus cómodo para los que estén interesados. El bus nos recoge en la casa de Vanessa y Jp después de la ceremonia para llevarnos a la fiesta, después nos recoge en la fiesta para llevarnos al hotel. Y el domingo cuando salgamos del hotel el bus nos recogerá para llevarnos a la casa de Vanessa y Jp. Si usted no se va quedar en el hotel igualmente está invitado a montar el bus ida y vuelta a la fiesta, solo sepa que después tienen que coordinar su transporte a donde se van a quedar después de que el bus nos deje en el hotel el día de la boda.

Continuación del bus alquilado

Answer

Dependiendo de cuanta gente se monte en el bus va a determinar el precio por persona pero el estimado sería $40-$70 por persona. En el bus solo cabe 38 personas, entonces los primeros en confirmar tendrán los asientos, Si están interesados por favor escribirnos por texto o whatsapp antes del primero de Diciembre que tenemos que dar el pago el primero de diciembre.
