We can't NOT include one Diner on our list. The Seaport is local to Downtown Pt. Jeff. If you want a burger for breakfast or pancakes for dinner. There are better diners on Long Island open 24/7 but this one is the closest.

If you want to go a little farther afield and have wheels. The North Fork of Long Island is great way to visit, with restaurants, wineries, cider houses, breweries, and small New England Towns dotting the drive between beach access roads, you would be hard cider-pressed to find a more enjoyable way to spend an afternoon. If you take the approximately hour log drive to the end you can be treated to Greenport, fishing village and quaint end of the world town with a great brewery and some excellent seafood stops.
