Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be taking place at Pig Hill Farm and Vineyard which is located in Webster Springs, WV. The address is 823 Fairview Rd. Webster Springs, WV 26288. This is located about 1 hour and 25 minutes from Glenville, WV, 1 hour from Burnsville, WV, and 1 hour and 50 minutes from Charleston, WV. We know for some people this is further to travel, and we do apologize for the distance, but we will be excited for you to be able to come celebrate with us!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend and would like everyone to arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony (4:00pm-4:20pm) to ensure you are seated and ready for the ceremony beginning at 4:30pm.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We would like everyone to see everyone dressed up in semi-formal, cocktail, garden, and/or party attire. But we understand if you want/need to be comfortable in what you choose to wear!

Are children able to attend?
Answer
Children are more than welcome to attend! We ask that parents keep a close eye on their children and keep them seated for the whole ceremony. If you are able to leave your little one's home, we encourage you to use this evening as a date night and enjoy yourselves! If not, we will have plenty of games and food for the children!

Can I have a plus one?
Answer
You are able to bring a plus one along with your children. If you do want to bring more than the plus one and children, please let us know so we can accommodate!

Where can we stay after the wedding?
Answer
We have listed a hotel, motel, and Airbnb's in the area on our website for people to book to stay!

Can we send a gift to your home?
Answer
Yes! We will provide our address to those wanting to send gifts to our home instead of bringing them to the wedding!

What will the weather be like this time of year?
Answer
Typically, during mid-July, the weather is sunny and more on the hotter side. Please dress accordingly!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outside, uncovered. The reception will be semi-outside as well but will be covered.

Can I take pictures or videos?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). We ask that phones be silenced and or turned off for the ceremony. We will be having a professional photographer there to capture the moment! After the ceremony, during the reception, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! We will have two signature drinks (the grooms and brides favorite). You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages. There will also be non-alcoholic beverages!

Can I bring my own adult beverages?
Answer
You are welcome to bring alcohol with you. We just ask that you be mindful during the ceremony and reception of your alcohol intake.

Where do I park?
Answer
The venue will help in parking everyone to ensure we can fit everyone. There will be plenty of parking.

What do I do if I/we can't make it?
Answer
Please let the bride or groom know you won't be in attendance if an invite was sent out to you.
