The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) on the grounds of a 27 acre art park & the reception will take place in a roofed pavilion with heated floors.
Please mail back your RSVP by August 1st, 2021 If we have not received your RSVP by August 1st, we have to unfortunately mark you as a no due to strict Covid rules we need to adhere by And if you have RSVP'd YES but your plans change after August 1st due to Covid please let us know as soon as possible.
5:00 PM Ceremony Begins; 5:30-6:30 PM Cocktail Hour; 6:30-11:00 PM Dinner, Dancing, Drinks, Dessert.
We have invited 150 guests, because it is Covid times, we want everyone to feel as comfortable as possible. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be in a roofed pavilion with 360 side openings. We ask guests to wear masks when they can and socially distance where possible. We also ask all guests to be as safe as possible prior to our wedding and to quarantine if they can to not endanger other guests. If you are feeling symptoms of covid on the day, please stay home, we want all of our loved ones to be as safe as possible. Also, if you as a guest do not feel comfortable with the number of people invited, you RSVP'ing no is absolutely OK. Do not feel you need to come if it makes you feel unsafe.
We will be providing a complimentary shuttle to and from the wedding from our preferred hotel - SpringHill Suites by Marriott - Philadelphia/Willow Grove - There is also plenty of free parking at the venue for guests to arrive in their own transportation. Also, Ubers are great!!
We are asking for our guests to be 100% present during our ceremony and to please pocket their phones/cameras. We have hired someone to capture this super special moment that we want you paying attention to in person! For the reception you may take as many photos as your heart desires!!
We will have a full bar; cocktail hour with snacks and a buffet style dinner then followed by dessert!
Please specify this in your RSVP, otherwise there will not be!
We are only having kids from our immediate family. Sorry! Please plan for a babysitter so you have the best time ever!
