We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you in beautiful Costa Mujeres, Mexico. Your presence means the world to us, and we feel incredibly grateful to share this unforgettable experience with our closest friends and family. Our wedding events will take place at the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa, a stunning family-friendly resort. For those seeking an adults-only experience, the neighboring TRS Coral Hotel offers an equally beautiful and relaxing stay and also allows you to use all of the Grand Palladium's accommodations. We invite you to celebrate with us from February 4th 2027 to February 7th 2027 with our wedding taking place on February 6th. How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Transportation from Cancun International Airport to the resort takes approximately 45-60 minutes. We highly recommend booking a private airport transfer in advance, as it is the most convenient and stress-free option. Drivers will meet you upon arrival and take you directly to the resort. Shared shuttles and taxis are also available, but may involve longer travel times or higher cost. The resort offers a shuttle service but it costs ~$80 per person... we don't recommend booking this. Instead, we highly recommend booking early with happyshuttlecancun.com (be sure to select the correct grand palladium resort). If you choose to celebrate with us for the entire 4 days it will cost $171 for up to 8 passengers for the round trip. So we recommend making friends and joining a group to get that cost down. If you need help finding a group we will be more than happy to help!
Arrival Day
3:00 pm
Once you arrive in paradise, head to the front desk to check in under your name and let them know you're here for the Wu & Mayes Wedding! Check-in begins at 3pm, and we suggest arriving by that time so you don't miss any of the fun. After arriving we invite you to relax at the beach or pool, explore the Grand Palladium/TRS Coral properties, visit the spa or swim-up bars, and enjoy dinner at one of the many resort restaurants.

Join us for a relaxing beach and pool day as we kick off our wedding weekend in paradise. Spend the day soaking us the sun, enjoying cocktails, and making memories with friends and family before the celebration begins!

Wedding Morning

Morning Relax and enjoy the resort before the celebration begins. We recommend having breakfast with friends and family, enjoying the beach or pool, and staying cool and hydrated before the ceremony.
Time to get Married!
3:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Formal beach
Our ceremony will take place on the beach overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early and dress comfortably for an outdoor seaside ceremony. We recommend lightweight fabrics and footwear suitable for sand. In order to maintain an intimate ceremony atmosphere, we respectfully request an adults only ceremony. We would be delighted for children to attend the reception celebration following the ceremony. Please join us for cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony. Enjoy drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and ocean views while we capture a few photos before the reception begins.
Reception
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Following the ceremony, please join us for an evening of dinner, cocktails, dancing, and celebration at Poseidon Terrace. We can't wait to celebrate with you under the stars in paradise.

Departure Day

Standard resort checkout is at 12pm on Sunday. Guests with later flights may request late checkout directly through the resort, subject to availability. The resort also offers the option to store luggage after checkout so that guests can continue using pools, restaurants, and common areas while waiting for airport transfers. Please remember that the transfer to the airport can take 45-60+ minutes depending on traffic. We are incredibly grateful to celebrate this special moment with the people we love most. Your presence means the world to us, and we cannot wait to spend this unforgettable weekend together in paradise. Thank you for making the trip to celebrate with us in Mexico!
