We will require those involved in the ceremony to attend the rehearsal itself. Those who have decided to arrive in the area earlier and will be staying at the hotel are welcome to join us for dinner, which will follow.

Our Ceremony

Please dress appropriately for a wedding.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm. Please plan to arrive earlier to park your vehicle and settle in before the ceremony starts. Please account for any traffic if traveling far, and be respectful to the service if you are late to not disrupt the entrance. The ceremony will take place on the covered patio out front of the pavilion. Access to the reception room will be limited to those participating beforehand. Cocktails will be served immediately after the ceremony on the patio as well, while the newlywed couple steps away briefly to enjoy their time together. All comfort measures will be considered, and we hope for a beautiful evening for everyone.
Reception

Our reception space will be open to the guests after the completion of the outdoor cocktail hour on the patio. Once inside, please find your table and take everything in! We will have an audio guestbook for you to leave us a congratulatory message to save forever as well as a photo booth for you to have fun with and take home your keepsake silly photos (or serious ones). The bar will be open during dinner and immediately afterwards for you to unwind and party with us. We will be offering a buffet-style dinner for everyone. The outside patio will still be accessible once everyone has enjoyed their meal, if you would like to step outside to watch the sunset on the golf course or sit by one of the firepit tables. We just ask that you don't forget about us and stay for the reception.

We will reconvene at the hotel lobby bar to keep the party going. We will arrange for pizza delivery or at least make sure there are eats available too.
