When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal! Note for the Ladies: the bridesmaids will be wearing black. Guests are more than welcome to wear black as well, but if you would prefer to not match the wedding party, I wanted to give a heads up!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, we do have a maximum capacity at our venue. If their name is not on the invite, they unfortunately cannot join you.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please pay close attention to who is listed on your invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will be written on the invite. Please be sure that you rsvp for yourself and anyone else on your invitation. Due to restrictions and for planning purposes, we will only be able to accommodate for the people listed on the invites who formally rsvp’d.

Is there parking?

Answer

Hotel: multiple parking options that can be found on the hotel's site Ceremony: there are a few parking spots dedicated to the Chapel, street parking across the street from the Chapel, and a parking garage down the street Reception: plenty of street parking, and a parking garage in the building There are also multiple garages in Cambridge / Boston where you could leave your car for the entire weekend.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony. If coming from the hotel, you can arrive with other guests on the shuttles.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The welcome party and reception will both be an open bar, of course :)
