Rehearsal is at 4pm in Michael and Jeanna's suite at Mandalay Bay. Suite number will be provided once available. It should last about 45-60 minutes.
We will meet up at the Citizens Kitchen and Bar on the main floor of Mandalay Bay at 5:30pm, where we hope to have several tables reserved. Come hungry and thirsty—just don’t forget your wallet! 😄 Food and drinks will be pay-as-you-go.

Casual get together to enjoy beverages and each other's company the day before the big day.
Details to follow once we have information on how to access the suite level without your having access without a room key for this floor. At 10pm we will have a nightcap at the Sky Lounge. Please RSVP via text with Whitney at 480-888-6020 because we must have reservations there in ensure seating for everyone.

Casual get together to enjoy some hand crafted cocktails in a plush lounge with an exceptional bar. Friday nights there should be some live entertainment from 9pm to midnight as well.
Everyone will be on their own as far as their bar and food tabs at this event.

Recommend guests arrive in the Franklin Bar in the lobby of the W (it is connected to Mandalay Bay) one hour before the start of the wedding to be escorted up to the top of the W which is where the Rivea is located.
5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
There will be a shuttle bus from Kaptyn making 2 trips from Mandalay Bay to Nora's for the reception dinner. Bus will pick up wedding guests in the valet area of the W from Mandalay Bay at 5:00pm and the wedding party at 5:45pm for the dinner at Nora's at 6:30pm. Transportation would then be provided from Nora's back to Mandalay Bay for the dessert reception in Michael and Jeanna's suite. Additional details to follow. It is only about 5 miles between the two venues and if you prefer to drive yourselves, that is also an option. Please let us know if you will be doing that so we can better gauge the transportation we will need to book for those who would rather use that option.

Open bar, dessert and dancing for the kids back in our suite. Time to kick the celebration into high gear!

We will update the specific venue probably the day of the wedding. It depends on the entertainment at each venue that evening. Both are located off the casino floor inside of Mandalay Bay. Time to dance the night away and enjoy some music and cocktails!

Time to relax in the sun and recharge our batteries from a long and fun day. Will be at the Mandalay Bay Beach drinking water and maybe some Bloody Marys. Come hangout with us and share some memories and additional time with us at this no host gathering.
