Is parking available for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free parking is available at the YMCA parking lot across from the venue. The lot is free on the weekends. There is a secondary parking lot that is free on the weekends across from Pinhead Susan’s on North Broadway, as well as a parking garage located on North Broadway. There is plenty of street parking as well.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love the children in our lives, we have made the decision to keep the wedding and ceremony an adults only event.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please list any food allergies on the RSVP card, and we can let the venue know. If you did not include this on the card already, please reach out to one of us!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not transportation from the hotel to the ceremony, but the hotel we have our room block is only 800 ft away, and a 3 minute walk to the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our room block is at the Hampton Inn Schenectady, but there are other hotels within 5-10 minutes of the venue: Courtyard by Marriott at Mohawk Harbor - walkable to Rivers Casino The Landing Hotel - connected to the Rivers Casino Homewood Suites by Hilton Schenectady

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm.
