Please join us from 12:30pm in The Orchard for a welcome drink. Located on the West Terrace with stunning views overlooking the manicured gardens of the West Lawns, The Orchard offers a relaxed space to enjoy a welcome drink before moving over to the ceremony. After your welcome drink, guests will move over to the Music Room ready and seated for the ceremony at 13:30pm. The Music Room is situated in the Hall and boasts magnificent high ceilings with hand-painted detailing on the ceiling cornices.

Join us to celebrate becoming Man & Wife over some bubbles and canapés back in the beautiful Orchard . Opportunity will be taken for some wedding photographs before moving over to the Grantley Suite for the sit down Wedding Breakfast.

Join us as we celebrate our first meal together as a married couple in the beautiful Grantley Suite. The Grantley Suite is located in the Garden Pavilion, an elegant, contemporary setting with its own private terrace overlooking the Japanese Gardens. We will enjoy food, music and speeches.

For guests that are staying overnight in one of the beautiful exquisite rooms and suites, this would be the perfect time to check in and perhaps freshen up ready for the start of the After-Party over in Valerie's Champagne and Cocktail Bar located in the Garden Pavilion.

Join us to dance the night away as we celebrate our new life together as a married couple. Enjoy drinks, supper and be entertained by live band 'The Salvation' in the Grantley Suite enjoying the 'first dance' and cutting the cake. As the evening sets in, we move downstairs to Valerie's Champagne and Cocktail Bar for the late night 'After-Party'. Valerie's Bar is set apart from the main hotel to ensure privacy and an exclusive ambience, the décor and design of Valeria’s champagne bar is reminiscent of the heady days of the 1920's when parties ended only when the sun came up.
