What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue by 3:30 pm. The ceremony will start at 4 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are suggesting cocktail attire. What does this mean?! We’re easy-going and in the mountains, after all. Ladies, we are leaving your choice of hemline or jumpsuit up to you. Guys, a suit, blazer or sport coat are all acceptable. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes for dancing! Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outside. There are some gravel paths on the property, so stilettos are not recommended. Though daytime temperatures can be warm in the fall, the evenings can get quite chilly in the Catskills. A second layer or something to cover shoulders and arms at night is also recommended. Patio heaters will be in abundance, as needed.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle service making regular trips to/from our venue. Please note in your RSVP where you will be staying (hotel vs. airbnb), so we can provide this information to our drivers. Please check back once we get closer to the wedding for more information on shuttle pickup timing.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is parking available at the Roxbury Barn and Estate. However, please be careful when driving and use caution. Roads can be dimly lit at night.

Will there be cell phone service?

Answer

Welcome to the Catskills! You'll find that cell phone reception is limited, depending on where you are. Please be sure to download directions in advance to find the hotel and venue. Our venue also has limited cell phone reception, but wifi is available.

Are kids welcome?

While we would love to give big hugs to your kiddos, our ceremony and reception is for adults-only.
