Transportation options to and from the venue.

Answer

The venue is about 20 minutes away from Downtown Charlottesville. We were advised by the venue coordinator that it is usually no problem to get an Uber or Lyft to the venue from Charlottesville, but it is difficult to order a Ride Share ride after the event is over. With that being said, we are providing a shuttle from the venue to the Hilton. We have blocked rooms for our event (see details in the Travel tab). You are free to take the shuttle even if you are not staying in the hotels. It should take you close enough to be able to order a Ride Share ride to your hotel or airbnb. The shuttle will start at 7:00pm and last shuttle leaves at 11:15pm If you drive to the venue, you can leave your car in the parking lot overnight if you choose to drink and take alternative transportation home. You must remove your vehicle by 10:00am the next morning (Sunday).
