Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer

There will be transportation provided from the hotel to the reception venue. If you are attending the ceremony we kindly ask that you arrange transportation and return to the hotel following the ceremony in order to catch the shuttle to the reception venue.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

This will be a plated dinner and our venue is ready to accommodate dietary needs! Just please indicate any restrictions when completing your RSVP.

Are children allowed to attend?

Answer

This is an 18+ event. Although we love all of the children and young adults in our family, this event is appropriate for adults only, and we want all of the parents we are inviting to be able to relax, have fun, and enjoy a child-free evening alongside us!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is parking available both at the ceremony and reception sites, however transportation from the hotel will be provided for the reception if you are choosing to indulge in drinks or do not want to worry about driving. There will also be a police detail to ensure the safety of those on the road.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want all of our guests to feel comfortable while also respecting the nature of the church ceremony and the style of the reception venue. We are requesting semi-formal to cocktail attire please! Don't forget your dancing shoes and feel free to reach out to either of us with questions regarding attire.

What time should I plan to arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held in the Catholic church and will begin promptly at 2 pm in order to accommodate evening masses later on in the day. Please plan to arrive before 2 pm if you plan on attending the ceremony. Cocktail hour at our reception begins at 5 pm and guests will not be permitted on the property at Evermore Estate prior to cocktail hour.

Will this be an indoor or outdoor event?

Weather permitting it will be a mix of both!

Are phones permitted?

Answer

Due to the nature of our religious ceremony we ask that phones are on silent and not visible during the ceremony. Feel free to take photos with your loved ones at the reception, but kindly remember that we have a wonderful photographer taking photos of the bride and groom that we are happy to share when they come in!
