Are children allowed?

While we love your little ones, this will be an ADULTS ONLY celebration.

What are the colors for the wedding, and is there a specific dress code for guests?

Answer

Semi Formal/Formal. The wedding colors are Scarlet, Champagne, and Black. We would love for you to wear Scarlet however you are welcome to incorporate any of the wedding colors into your attire. Please note that the wedding ceremony will take place outdoors on the Courtyard.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, self-parking is available at discounted rate of $10. Valet parking is available at Hyatt Hotel prevailing rates.

Are there any special room rates?

Yes, we have special rates at the Host hotel (Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa) and the Hilton San Antonio Hill Country Hotel. Check the Travel page on our website for links and discount codes.

Will food be provided?

Answer

Yes! You’re in for a treat! We’ll have passed hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour, a delicious meal at the reception, and late-night bites to keep you fueled on the dance floor.
