What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a laid-back and intimate event with just our family. The dress code will be semi-formal, with the theme being Fall/Autumn.

Because of the intimate nature of our event, we ask that you please run it by us first if you plan to bring a date/guest.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Shakespeare's Garden: Parking is open to the public; The Music Concourse Parking Facility is located on Fulton Street and 10th Avenue or accessible on Music Concourse Way. It is open seven days a week; rates apply. On Saturdays (April through September) and Sundays (year round), no cars are allowed on JFK Drive; access is only from MLK Drive. Sunnyside Conservatory: There is no parking lot at Sunnyside Conservatory. Parking in front of and surrounding Sunnyside Conservatory is on the public city streets; restrictions apply.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you please arrive by 4:15, the ceremony will start at 4:30.

Question

Will there be a reception following the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Our reception will be from 6:30pm-8:30pm at the Sunnyside Conservatory, which is about a twenty minute drive from Shakespeare’s Garden. We would love to spend some time with you after the ceremony to celebrate. Drinks, food, and desserts will be served.
