What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Per our venue's policy, we kindly ask that guests do not arrive before 3:30 PM to ensure everything is perfectly set up to welcome you!

There’s a parking lot available on-site for your convenience.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! A shuttle will be provided to and from Towneplace Suites Clinton. Info on booking in travel tab.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Our celebration is in an intimate venue, and we’re only able to accommodate the names listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding—we’re so excited to celebrate with you!

When will food be served?
Answer
Our cocktail hour begins at 4:30 and will feature passed appetizers and a grand farm table. Our reception will begin at 5:30 and will include a salad course, pasta course, main course, and dessert.

Are children welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of our junior wedding party. We hope you can enjoy a fun and relaxing evening with us!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Not really. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Above all else, we want our guests to feel comfortable and wear what they love.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

There is a section to note any food allergies and restrictions in your RSVP. The venue will do their best to accomodate.

Is the venue ADA?
Answer
Yes! Jack's Barn is 100% ADA. They have a wheelchair lift capable of 400lb weight available as well as ADA-equipped restrooms.

Is the venue climate controlled?
Answer
Yes! Jack's Barn is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.

Is the ceremony in the same location as the reception?
Answer
Yes! The entire wedding will take place at Jack's Barn.

Can I smoke or vape at the venue or outside of the venue?
Answer
Our venue maintains a strict no smoking or vaping policy with the acception of one designated area. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the space enjoyable for everyone!
