How do we get to the venue? Is there parking on-site?

Answer

Address is: 147 S Tahquitz Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92262 There is NO parking on-site, uber and lyft are your best forms of transit to the venue. You will arrive at the main gates, restrooms are on your left as you arrive. Your ride share will drop you off at the two handicap parking spots at the end of the reception yard. Follow the gravel path all the way around until you reach the welcome bar and ceremony space up against the mountain face. If you get lost, just shout- someone will come find you!

Palm Springs Chic! aka cocktail attire. We want you comfortable! The venue is completely outdoors with mixed ground (grass appropriate shoes encouraged)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts sharply at 4pm. Please arrive by 3:45, there will be cocktails when you arrive, so don't be late it's awkward.

What temperatures can we expect?

Answer

HOT during the day cooling down at night, feel free to bring a light jacket if you'd like. Ceremony is the only exposed sun which should last a max of 30 minutes

Please leave the kiddos behind, this is an adults only affair. Grab a sitter and enjoy the weekend with us!

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

Fill your hands with drinks not phones, we are having an unplugged ceremony! Feel free to take all of your glamour shots before and after the ceremony! We promise to share our professional shots with you after the big day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Please use Uber or Lyft or walk from nearby hotels!

What's the closest airport?

Answer

LAX- Santa Ana- San Diego- Ontario- Palm Springs- Lots of options! Any of these work. Check what makes the most sense for your group and travel plans. Palm Springs is a very small airport and might get pricey. Rental cars are prevalent at all other airports and the drive is VERY easy (even for our left lane drivers!)
