Tons of food & drink options are available at the Market. There are also a lot of restaurants, a few shops and a couple other breweries in the square!
There's several hiking trails and a paved path with beautiful views at the top. We can also recommend a few other hiking spots in the general area if that interests you!
This is our favorite brewery (hence the choice of venue)! Our ceremony and reception are on the event space upstairs, so check out the brewery downstairs if you have time or want to arrive to the venue early on the day of the wedding!
The Braves stadium is located here, but there are also a lot of bars, restaurants and things to do. It's also right next to the hotel block if you are staying at the DoubleTree. Parking in most of the decks is free for the first three hours.
If you're looking to venture closer to the city for a day, Ponce City has a bunch of shops and a food hall to enjoy. It also has some activities & a bar on the rooftop. It's located on the Beltline, so if you feel like walking around the city, this is a great place to hop on and walk around. You can pop into different restaurants and shops as you walk the Beltline. There are also places to rent bikes and scooters if you prefer. If you walk long enough, it will take you Megan's favorite, Piedmont Park!
This is one of a couple axe throwing places in the general area. It's next door to School House Brewery which has great beer, usually a food truck & a mini dog park on the side. This is one of JD's favorite activities (He is the Axe Throwing Champion according to our last trip to our axe throwing at Bury the Hatchet). Bury the Hatchet is another great axe throwing location in Sandy Springs.
