Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. While Florida winters are typically mild, December evenings can be cool, so we recommend bringing a jacket, wrap, or shawl for your comfort. Please also keep in mind that much of the venue is natural terrain and grass. We encourage guests to choose formal footwear that is both comfortable and suitable for walking on outdoor grounds.
Absolutely! Children are welcome at both our ceremony and reception. Family is a huge part of our story, and we'd love to celebrate with your little ones. We also completely understand if you'd prefer to make it a parents' night out. Whatever works best for your family, we're simply grateful you'll be celebrating with us. When submitting your RSVP, please include the total number of adults and children attending so we can plan accordingly.
We encourage guests to utilize rideshare services whenever possible. If you plan to drive, please park in the designated community lot at the front of the property and wait for the shuttle to transport you to the ceremony and reception site. At the conclusion of the evening, shuttle service will be available to return guests to the parking area, and announcements will be made to help coordinate transportation back to your vehicle.

The wedding will take place in Odessa, Florida (33556). There are several hotels and accommodations available throughout the surrounding area. Since the majority of our guests are local or traveling from within Florida, we have not reserved a hotel room block. We encourage guests traveling from out of town to book accommodations that best fit their preferences and travel plans.

Yes! We have a little surprise planned for you. One of the details we're most excited to share is our live guest illustrations. As you arrive at the ceremony, stop by our live illustration artists, who will be stationed near the seating chart. They'll take a photo of you with your partner/family and create a custom watercolor portrait throughout the evening. Before you head home, don't forget to stop by and pick up your finished artwork—a keepsake from us to you in remembrance of a beautiful evening celebrating love, family, and the lake. We hope it serves as a lasting reminder of the memories we made together.
