**The hotel room block is now full and we have reached our limit in the amount of rooms we can add on.** We have reserved a block of hotel rooms for Wednesday and Thursday nights for a special rate at the Hampton Inn in Warrenton, VA. There are a limited number of rooms so we encourage you to book early. Once these rooms have been booked, we can request more to be added. If all the rooms are booked, please let us know. Shuttle

For those staying at the hotel, we have coordinated a shuttle to transport guests to the venue. The shuttle will be leaving the hotel promptly at 3:00 pm for a 3:30 pm arrival at the Wollam Gardens. There will be two available return shuttle times: 9:00 pm and 10:30 pm. There will also be parking available at the venue.
