Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors! The ceremony will take place rain or shine, and the reception will be under a beautiful covered barn-like structure. Northern Idaho weather can be unpredictable this time of year, so we recommend dressing in layers and bringing a jacket and an umbrella. While the venue is tucked away in the trees, it could get wet. Propane heaters will be provided to keep everyone warm and comfortable throughout the celebration. We can't wait to celebrate with you under the big sky!

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have not reserved a hotel block for this celebration. There are many wonderful accommodation options in the area to suit every preference and budget. We recommend booking early to secure your ideal location.

Yes, parking will be at the venue in a field.

Will there be drinks/alcoholic beverages?

Answer

Yes, drinks will be provided. There will be Beer, Seltzers, His and Her Mixed Drinks, Sparkling Water, and Water.

We will be provided a full Taco Bar, with meat options of Pork, Beef, and Chicken. Chips, Salsa, and various sides will also be provided. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allegies when you RSVP, and we''ll make sure that you're well taken care of!

Can I bring additional guests?

We’re so excited to celebrate with our favorite people! Each invitation is intended for the specific individuals listed. If you’d like to bring someone who wasn’t named on the invitation, please reach out to the bride or groom directly.

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be adults-only celebration. We hope this give parents a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a night out! All guests listed on your invitation are welcome to attend.
