Best Western Plus Sparta Trail Lodge

Discount Room Rate if booked before APRIL 9, 2019! Room rates range from $89-$119/night and are blocked for Thursday and Friday nights. The wedding party will be staying here! IMPORTANT: wedding shuttle will pick up guests from the front of the Best Western Plus and will also bring guests back to the hotel. Wedding shuttle will start to pick up guests at 1pm and be available on the hour until the dance is done. See Shuttle below for more information.

Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center

Discount Room Rate if booked before APRIL 9, 2019. The wedding shuttle will only be to/from the Best Western Plus in Sparta, but we thought we would give people options to stay closer to La Crosse if they prefer. Room rates range from $99-$127/night and are blocked for Thursday and Friday nights. This hotel is about a 40 minute drive to the venue. Again, no shuttle to the venue from this hotel.

This is another option for a hotel only about 25 minutes from the venue.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Best Western Plus-Sparta

May 10, 2019 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The shuttle bus will start at 1pm from the Best Western Plus Hotel in Sparta. The shuttle will be available on the hour starting at 1:00pm and will also take guests from the On a Whim venue back to the Best Western Plus on the hour until the dance is over at 10:30pm.
