What is the location of ceremony and/ or reception?

Answer

We will be having both the ceremony and the reception both in site "J" at Armitage Park. The physical address is 90064 Coburg Rd, Eugene, OR 97408. When entering the park, you continue pass the campground area and find site "J" in the day use area.

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes, the reception will be catered by Kona Café. The food is Hawaiian BBQ food, it will be buffet style and include: Chicken with three different types of sauce, Tri-tip beef, white rice, pineapple rice, noodles and mac salad. We will also be providing beer, wine, soda and water. Of course, there is also going to be cake!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive 20-30 minutes early for parking/ seating.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have questions on this please ask but if you end up bringing a date, please rsvp with their information as well so we have an accurate count of attendees for vendors/ food.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are most certainly welcome but if they scream too much, they might get duck taped to a wall….JK. We do want to advise that there is a very swift river nearby so smaller children will need to be carefully looked after during the wedding if they are attending.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? How much does it cost?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking at this location. It does cost $5 for a parking fee by the park but if you are in need of one, we will be giving out parking passes so please let us know ahead of time if you need one so we can have it there for you!

Are we allowed to take photos and videos?

Answer

We respectfully request that guests do not take photographs during the ceremony as professional pictures will be taken throughout the day. We invite you to relax, enjoy the moment and we'll gladly share these images with you after the celebration.

When should we RSVP by?

Answer

We will need your rsvp either in the mail or via our website by April 1st, 2024 in order to get our vendors an accurate head count for food and drinks etc.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 555 N. Danebo Ave #116 Eugene OR 97402. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be at least 30 minutes in between wedding ceremony and reception so that we can have time to get portraits taken with our photographer. We will also be rearranging seating during that time.

Where will wedding updates be posted?

Answer

We will be posting any updates via text message and our website.
