While our first event isn’t until June 9, we highly recommend arriving no later than June 8. This will give you time to settle in and avoid any last-minute travel hiccups. Been there, done that—and we’d miss you too much if travel delays kept you away!
Upon research, we've recommended hotels that we feel will best suit each family’s needs. You’re, of course, welcome to stay anywhere you’d like within the Porto area. Should you want to browse our recommendations, check out the travel section.
Yes! A shuttle bus will bring everyone to the villa, and at the end of the night, it will safely return everyone to the same location in Porto.
Arrive in casual clothing. Be sure to pack a swimsuit and sunscreen for pool time, your wedding attire for the ceremony and reception, and an extra change of clothes for late-night lounging if you’d like.
We’ll start the day slow with breakfast and mimosas. We encourage everyone to spend the morning and early afternoon by the pool, relaxing and enjoying quality time together. Since our wedding is so intimate, you can expect to see the bride and groom soaking up the fun with all of you, too!
Absolutely! Upon arrival, each family will have a designated bedroom in the villa to relax, get ready, and store personal belongings throughout the day. Just bring your wedding attire with you, and you’ll have a comfortable space to prepare before the festivities begin.
Black tie optional
Our nieces and nephews are so special to us, and we want them to enjoy the day just as much as the adults. We’ll have a babysitter to ensure everyone can relax and feel at ease. The kids will be invited and encouraged to play and have fun! We know they won’t want to sit at the dinner table for hours on end—and we wouldn’t expect them to. We’re aiming for a balance: a relaxing environment for the adults and a playful one for the kids.
Look forward to a curated dinner, delicious wine, dessert, music, and tons of fun!
