We’re getting married!

We met through mutual friends at a welcome home gathering for Alex's former roommate. We hung out a lot through group settings and became good friends after sharing so many interests. Our first official date was at the Odesza concert at the Moda Center, and from then on we have been inseparable! We danced that night to Odesza's "A Moment Apart" album, and will be using one of the songs as our processional.

We took a trip to Oregon's National Park, Crater Lake for a normal get away weekend... or so Jasmine thought! Crater Lake was one of the very first weekend trips Jasmine and Alex took together when they met, and was a suiting place to come full circle start a new journey at. Once arriving we exited the car and trekked through several feet of snow in order to get to the amazing lake view. Jasmine asked Alex to take a picture of her with the view, and during this moment Alex seized the opportunity to get on one knee and asked Jasmine to marry him! It was a magical moment and even started snowing right after. Crater Lake will forever hold a special place in our hearts and you can find a drawing of its topography map through out our wedding!

We purchased our first home in November of 2020 and it was move-in ready in April 2021! We are residing in Cornelius, Oregon which is about 35 minutes outside of Portland, Oregon and we plan to stay in this area for a couple years. We have had so much fun decorating and making the house into a home! Over the last year we have accumulated many household objects and decor, therefore we ask our guests to forgo the traditional home gifts as we have all we need for the house. For those who would like to bless us with a gift, there will be a box for cards and monetary gifts at the wedding!
