How We Met: Jazz’s Side / Kaminski’s Side

Jazz’s side I met him in probably the most unexpected way… Tinder. But here’s the twist — I wasn’t even using it to date! I was promoting my YouTube channel (yes, I know it’s a dating app, but I needed more views lol). One day, I felt this strong feeling to actually start swiping, so I paused and prayed over my phone, asking God to lead me to the right one. The very first person to pop up? Him. I swiped right immediately, but we didn’t match at first, and I felt a little sad… until later that day when he messaged me. We matched, and he told me it was actually his first time on the app. From that moment, everything just felt different. He lived two hours away, but still found every possible way to talk to me — we were basically on the phone 24/7. A few months later, he came to visit me, and I was so nervous about meeting in person… but he walked in, hugged me tightly, and kept telling me how beautiful I was. He made me feel safe and loved from the start. Eventually, he moved to my city, and ever since, he’s been my calm in every storm. He supports me, takes care of me when I’m sick, and never complains — he just shows up, with love, patience, and the most genuine heart. Who would’ve thought I’d find the love of my life on Tinder, while promoting my YouTube of all things? God really does have a sense of humor. It’s just one of those stories that proves He can use anything — even Tinder! — when the timing is right. Kaminski’s side I had been praying—truly praying—for love. Not just for companionship, but for something meaningful. I longed for a genuine connection, for someone I could build a life with—a partner, a best friend, a person I could love deeply and endlessly. I wasn’t sure when or how it would happen, but I trusted that it would. In today’s world, love has a way of showing up in the most unexpected places, and in a moment of curiosity and hope, I decided to download Tinder. I figured that if love could be found anywhere, perhaps it could be found there too. That’s when I came across Jazzminn’s profile. There was something about her that immediately caught my attention. Her smile, her energy, the way she carried herself—it all drew me in. Without hesitation, I swiped right, silently hoping she had done the same. To my surprise and joy, we matched. What started as a simple exchange of messages quickly turned into something much more. We began talking every day, and before long, our conversations moved to phone calls and then to FaceTime. We spent hours learning about each other, sharing our stories, dreams, and little moments of our days. It became our routine—being on the phone nearly 24/7 felt natural, like I had known her far longer than I actually had. Later, I found out that she had originally joined Tinder not to find love, but to promote her YouTube channel. It was never meant to be about dating for her. But one day, she paused and said a prayer over her phone, asking God to lead her to the right one. Shortly after, my profile appeared. We matched. And from there, everything began to shift. Eventually, I traveled to meet her in person. I was nervous and excited, but the moment I saw her, all of that faded. I walked up to her and hugged her tightly. She was even more beautiful in person, and in that moment, I knew I wanted to make her feel loved, safe, and seen for the rest of her life. In time, I moved to her city so we could build a life together. Since then, she has been my peace, my joy, and the answer to every prayer I once whispered in solitude. She is my home. Every day, I strive to love her with patience, with strength, and with the unwavering commitment she so deeply deserves. Who would have thought that I would find the love of my life on Tinder? But sometimes, love doesn’t follow a traditional path. Sometimes, it shows up when you least expect it, in places you never thought to look. We are living proof that when the timing is right, and when hearts are open, love will find its way.
