When should guests arrive?

Answer

Sometime between 2:30 and 2:50 pm. The Ivy Black doors will open at 2:30 pm and ceremony will start at 3:00 pm.

When are the shuttles departing?

Answer

*Two shuttles bringing guests to Ivy Black, two school buses* Shuttle from Pier B Resort to Canal Park Lodge - arrive by 1:30, leave by 1:40pm Shuttles from Canal Park Lodge to the ceremony - arrive by 1:45, leave by 2pm From reception to Canal Park Lodge - shuttle will leave at 9pm, 10 pm, and 11pm.

Can cars stay at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes, cars are able to stay overnight! Please have them removed by 9am on 2/16.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot available at the wedding venue. Guests are welcome to drive themselves to the wedding or utilize the shuttle service provided.
