Question

What is the most important information to check on my passport?

Answer

Due to laws and regulations of the European Union, please ensure that you check your passport expiration date. Most countries within the EU require your passport to be valid for at least 6-months beyond your planned date of departure. If your passport requires renewal, please plan ahead! Currently, passport processing times are about 8-11 weeks.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 1st January 2026 by emailing: jazzanddevonwedding@gmail.com We need to provide our venues with the exact number by a certain date so please don't RSVP late or you won't be accounted for and will be unable to attend.

Question

I am unable to attend what shall I do?

Answer

Whilst you will be truly missed, if you are unable to attend, we would be grateful if you could RSVP and let us know at the earliest opportunity. so that we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can we stay at the hotel?

Answer

Guests who would like to stay at the hotel can message us and we will provide you with a 10% off code.

Question

What are the food options?

Answer

Closer to the time of the wedding we will add the menu choice to the website. There will be a meat option, a fish option and a vegetarian option.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we adore your kids, we've decided to make our wedding an adults-only affair. We hope you can join us in celebrating this special day!

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

In order for our guests to be fully present with us during one of the most special moments of our lives, we are having an 'unplugged' ceremony. We have professional photographers and a videographer that will capture those special moments and we would be upset for any well-intentioned guests' phone to block their view. However, before the ceremony and before the bride arrives you are welcome to capture the breathtaking view of the botanical gardens. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away. We only state that you must refrain from posting any photos until we have done so. We will be sharing all photos captured from the day with you so please don't feel like you need to capture any moments. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with our nearest and dearest! We are afraid that we cannot accommodate additional guests to those stated on the invitations.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES! We are delighted to include a 2-hour open bar. The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you!

Question

Can we park at the venue?

Answer

There is parking near the venue on multiple side roads. The hotel does not offer parking to those that are not guests.

Question

What time must I arrive by?

Answer

As our coach is leaving for the ceremony at 12:30 please arrive by 12:00 at the latest. We will be holding welcome drinks at 11:30. Please check out our 'schedule' tab for exact timings of the day!

Question

What time do the celebrations end?

Answer

Whilst we wish we could party the night away the celebrations will be finishing around midnight.

Question

is this an outdoor or indoor event?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. The reception venue will have both indoor and outdoor spaces. The wedding breakfast, bar and dance floor are indoors.

Question

Answer
