When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP by August 1, 2026, so we may finalize the list for our vendors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the Ceremony. The Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

Is there a shuttle provided?

Answer

We will not be providing shuttle service between the hotel and venue. Please plan to arrange your own transportation. We recommend coordinating with friends and family or utilizing rideshare services if needed.

Are there Hotel Blocks available?

Answer

Yes. Hotel rooms have been blocked at the Quality Inn in Traverse City. More information can be found under the 'Travel' tab.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests only bring a plus-one if they are specifically listed on the invitation. Thank you for honoring our guest list.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Guests may consider cocktail dresses, flowy midi or maxi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. Or, wear slacks with a collared shirt, optional jacket, or lightweight suit. Please keep the outdoor setting and warm weather in mind when selecting footwear and fabrics!

Yes, Our registry can be found at the top of this page. Your love and presence mean the world to us - gifts are never expected!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. All drinks and food will be provided for the evening. Coffee, tea, water, and lemonade will also be available.
